for arts and monuments class today we met again at the forum. more specifically the arch of titus.

this made mike a little sad. not because he had learned about it already, but because he is boycotting arches.

"we've seen so many arches and they are all the same. victory this, we killed these people and stole their stuff. couldn't they build something cool like a big statue or a fountian or something?"

so thus the sadness from mike this morning. but none the less it was still an interesting class. (as interesting as learning about building techniques can be.)

from there we went up to the school and had some pizza for lunch, and then went to italian, where we were supposed to have a quiz, but because there was no class last week thursday there was no quiz today (and the people were joyous and excited).

after class we did a lot of running around and getting things done. we went to the grocery store and came home to drop off groceries. then we went to do laundry cause normally laundry day is wednesday morning, but the davis fam is coming in tommorow moring so we had to move it up a day. then we went to school to look up some information about the train to get to the airport, and then went home for dinner.

a pretty packed day. one of the nicer things was that it wasn't raining today. but even though it was gorgeeous, the wind was very chilley and mad it a little not nice to be outside, but it was good to not have rain for the day.
