all that we were going to do was get on the train go to naples and have a good time. but there is little truth in that statement.
it was no problem getting to the train station, and finding our train and all that. but when we got on the train, and went to our seats, there was someone in mikes. so he just took the one next to it, thinking that the person just wanted to be in the aisle seat. well later through the train ride, things got a little bit more interesting, about 4 to 5 other people apparently had the seats that we were supposed to have. turns out that eventhough we asked for a ticket for friday, she gave us a ticket for the day that we bought it. which meant that we were on the right train, just on the wrong day. from the train fiasco, we arrived in naples and found our way to the hostel, and walked around naples. which is a very nice and interseting city, but the people drive worse than in rome. tonight after walking around the city and doing all that we could possiblly do (cause everything closed from like 12 to 4:30. which is odd, but i guess its that whole italian culture thing) we went to this pizza place that is currently and has been owned by the same family since 1935. they are the people who invented the calzone. so you can guess that the pizza was really really good.
