arch of titus
anther one of those triumphal arches

well here you go, some pictures of the arch of titus. when referred to in art histroy, it is the arch of divine titus, and divine vespasian. its known as this because vespasian, the father of titus began constructing this arch for his son after his son's victory in jerusalem after he quelled some revolt or another. but Vespasian died in 79AD and then Titus dies in 81AD so the emperor after them dedicated it to them as divine cause in rome if you were king and then you died, you were a god, or something like that.
